Encoder lineari RGH40

The open, non-contact RGH40 readhead is designed for use with Renishaw's 40 µm RGS40-G glass scale or 40 µm RESR ring and offers resolutions to 50 nm.

RGS40-G 40 µm pitch glass scale

RGS40-G 40 µm glass scale is read by RGH34 and RGH40 readheads. RGS40-G is ideal for applications where the scale needs to move independently of the substrate. The thermal behaviour of RGS40-G can be compensated for by the host controller using temperature sensors.
