Renishaw sta collaborando con le aziende biotecnologiche e farmaceutiche leader per garantire che i prodotti terapeutici che si dimostrano promettenti in laboratorio abbiano una modalità di rilascio affidabile durante le prove cliniche.

In passato, la complessità di questo passaggio ha provocato il mancato raggiungimento degli obiettivi in programmi terapeutici di grande potenziale.

In molti casi importanti il fallimento può essere attribuito, almeno in parte, alla mancata capacità di eseguire in maniera sistematica un rilascio preciso unito ad un contenimento del farmaco nei volumi prestabiliti.

Renishaw sta sviluppando una gamma di dispositivi di inserimento di prossima generazione che dimostrano una ripetibilità negli schemi di infusione e permettono un'efficacia costante nelle terapie osservate.

Oltre a permettere di incorporare questa gamma di sviluppi nei programmi terapeutici e di ricerca accademica, Renishaw offre un servizio di consulenza e di collaborazione nello sviluppo per permettere alle aziende biotecnologiche e farmaceutiche di sviluppare sistemi di rilascio precisi, al fine di ottenere un rilascio ottimale dei loro prodotti terapeutici.
